How does self storage work?
It’s very simple: choose your unit, complete the online forms, pack your stuff and move in! Staff at both sites are on hand to assist with any queries you may have. Or if you are unable to do the move, then our trained staff can do the entire or partial move as requested.
How do I pay?
By credit card, bank transfer or cheque
Do I need to pay a security deposit?
Yes, one month rental in advance, which is then returned at the end of the contract.
How secure are my items?
We have CCTV linked to a 24 hour surveillance company, intrusion alarm and fire alarms. There is also an electronic logged entry system.
What if I need a different room size?
No problem! Just contact a member of staff and we can assist, whether you want a larger or smaller unit. Square Foot store everything from backpacks to boats!
How much notice do I need to give?
We ask for a minimum of 14 days notice.
